Be ready to impress this holiday season with delicious dinner staples. During this class, Chef Hooper will guide you with a hands-on demonstration on how to cook the perfect turkey and all the favorites, including stuffing, redskin mashed potatoes, gravy, and cranberry sauce. You will learn the skills of brining, roasting, mixing, stock making, and baking. Don’t worry, we didn’t forget desert; you’ll also take home a pumpkin pie, before prepared, by our chef!
