From cheesecakes to crème brûlée, welcome to the fascinating world of custards.  During this class, Chef Hooper will guide you with a hands-on demonstration on how to make a delicious, mouthwatering cheesecake. Additionally, while your cheesecake is baking, you will also get an overview of the basics of custard making, including mixing, blending, baking and decorating. Participants will make an 8” to 9” cheesecake to take home and sample before prepared, crème brûlée .
